This was our project for the second PennApps I attended, in January 2013. We actually started the hackathon with a much more different idea, but decided to pivot and completely change our project in the last 10 hours. Given our limited time and our lack of experience with JavaScript at the time, we wanted to make something simple. With a lot of help from Facebook mentors and with the help of some online tutorials, we were able to create Marry Friend Kill, a web app that randomly chooses 3 Facebook friends of the user and asks the user which friend they would prefer to marry, friend or kill. My teammates were Theodora Pajaczkowska and Vivian Huang.
